You can contact us by telephone, e-mail, via our contact form, or in person. However, we can only accept new clients after reviewing the individual case and any conflicts of interest.

Upon receipt of an inquiry, you will not receive an automatically generated confirmation of receipt by email. Instead, we will contact you individually after reviewing the content of your inquiry. We will check for conflicts of interest as soon as we have the necessary information. We will only accept a mandate after our express confirmation. A lawyer-client relationship only comes into effect upon receipt of this confirmation.

We expressly point out that the remuneration for legal services is determined in accordance with the German Lawyers' Fees Act (RVG), unless otherwise agreed. With the exception of fees in criminal and misdemeanor matters, as well as individual social law matters, the fees for legal services are then based on the value of the matter and the stages of the work.

However, we are often unable to offer our services in accordance with the above principles of the RVG and must instead charge on a time basis. We will then be paid according to the time spent, which is billed in short units. Billing is usually done on a monthly basis. In legal consulting, billing by time is often the only way to achieve fair billing, especially if a legal issue cannot be linked to a tangible or only low value in dispute.

An advance payment may be requested. Payments can be made by bank transfer or in cash (in person at our office in Koblenz). If you have legal expenses insurance, we will communicate with your insurer, including obtaining coverage requests.

You are entitled to terminate the mandate at any time. The statutory warranty rights under the provisions of service contract law apply.

We will tailor the course of the mandate to the specific legal case.
