You can contact us by phone, email, through our contact form, or in person. However, we can only accept new cases after conducting a legal review of the individual case and assessing any potential conflicts of interest.

Upon receipt of an inquiry, you will not receive an automatically generated acknowledgment of receipt via email; instead, we will contact you individually after reviewing the content of your inquiry. We will conduct a conflict of interest review as soon as we have the necessary information. We will only accept a case after providing our express confirmation. A retainer agreement is not formed until you receive this confirmation.

We expressly note that the fees for legal services are determined in accordance with the German Lawyers’ Fees Act (RVG), unless otherwise agreed. With the exception of fees in criminal and administrative fine matters, as well as certain social law matters, the fees for legal services are then based on the value of the matter and the stages of the work.

However, we are often unable to offer our services in accordance with the above principles of the RVG and must instead bill on a time-and-materials basis. We are then paid based on the time spent, which is billed in short increments. Invoicing generally takes place on a monthly basis. In legal consulting, billing by the hour is often the only way to ensure fair billing, particularly when a legal issue cannot be linked to a tangible amount in dispute or only involves a small amount.

An advance payment may be required. Payments can be made by bank transfer or in cash (in person at our office in Koblenz). If you have legal expense insurance, we will handle all communication with the insurer, including requesting coverage confirmation.

You are entitled to terminate the retainer at any time. The statutory liability for defects applies in accordance with the provisions of service contract law.

We tailor the course of the case individually to the specific legal matter.
