In 2020, there was considerable discussion about the so-called new fine catalog. Over time, it became clear that this could not be implemented due to a formal error. In our video, we explain how to proceed if you have received a fine on this basis.
The authorities and courts then resorted to the previously valid, so-called old catalog of fines. However, this has been disregarded, which is constantly overlooked.
To date, there is no newer fine catalog to eliminate the illegality. A compromise between the parties is not in sight and it is very likely that there will be no new fine catalog before the federal elections.
