ISO 9001 – OPTIMIZE PROCESSES, SUSTAINABLY SECURE QUALITY

Quality and customer satisfaction, efficiency and responsiveness are among the most important factors for a company to successfully compete in today's market. By implementing a reliable quality management system (QMS), we are able to improve the necessary processes, optimize workflows and make the demands on organization and management more efficient. The basis for this is the quality management standard ISO 9001:2015.

ISO 9001 defines the minimum requirements for a quality management system to be implemented in order to meet various customer requirements as well as other service quality requirements. The introduction of a quality management system makes it possible, for example, to

• increase the transparency of operational processes
• to sustainably improve customer satisfaction
• to significantly reduce your error rate and thus costs and to increase customer satisfaction

An essential principle of DIN EN ISO 9001 is the process-oriented approach. A process-oriented quality management system monitors and documents all essential operational processes and examines them. This can reveal optimization opportunities even in well-functioning organizations.

Our quality policy in the office:

ISO certification lays the foundation for our quality policy as a whole. The audit by TÜV Süd can only certify the office organization, since the legal work is not subject to any formal-objective criteria, but always focuses on the well-being and goals of the client.

We see our profession as that of a service provider for the client, taking into account our position as an organ of the administration of justice. Our services include, in particular, extrajudicial representation, representation in judicial and other proceedings in all areas of law, advice, and assistance in all legal and related matters, in particular economic matters. We do not work for ourselves, but for and for the benefit of our clients. In everything we do, consider or initiate in the performance of our duties, the well-being and satisfaction of our clients must be our top priority. All employees of the law firm must behave towards our clients in such a way that they are not only optimally represented and advised from a legal point of view, but also feel understood and well looked after as customers.

Furthermore, we understand that providing a service includes the obligation to strive for, achieve, maintain and – as far as possible – continuously improve the highest possible quality standards. ISO 14001:2015

ISO 14001 has been a globally recognized basis for environmental management systems since 1996 and covers the aspects for a continuous improvement of environmental performance. It defines the structure, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of an environmental management system.

The overall goal of ISO 14001:2015 certification is to promote environmental protection, reduce environmental impacts and thus properly implement environmental objectives in line with economic, social and political requirements.

REQUIREMENTS for certification are

• Environmental policy set out in writing and communicated by the management to all employees, with a commitment to environmental protection and the continuous improvement of environmental performance
• Determining the environmental aspects of activities, products and services
• Setting environmental goals, taking into account significant environmental aspects
• Effective environmental management system
• Conducting internal audits

Our environmental policy in the firm:

We are aware that our actions as lawyers and service providers have an impact on our environment. The law firm Dr. Caspers, Mock und Partner mbB is aware of its responsibility towards the environment and would like to take this into account with the help of an actively practiced environmental management system that is in line with the economic and social guidelines and goals of the firm. In addition to our quality policy and our voluntary commitment, the following environmental policy forms an essential guideline for our actions. As part of our ecological responsibility, we are therefore particularly committed to the following points.

1. We are committed to complying with all relevant legal obligations, other requirements and official regulations.
2. We define environmental protection as a goal of equal importance alongside the quality of our services and processes. In this context, our quality and environmental policy provides the framework for defining specific activities.
3. The law firm Dr. Caspers, Mock und Partner mbB understands active environmental protection to mean the continuous improvement of its own environmental performance and the further reduction of environmental pollution. For us, this includes, above all, the careful and sustainable use of natural resources, adapting to climate change by implementing suitable climate protection goals and measures, and the sensible and legally compliant recycling and disposal of waste.
4. When selecting our suppliers and partners, we pay attention to and favor those whose actions are also determined by ecological considerations. We also expect our environmental policy to be recognized and adhered to, and we make it available to interested parties.
