A few weeks ago, we reported on TV-Mittelrhein and Westerwald-TV about the status of the lawsuits of ID card fraud victims.

The reason for this "analysis of the current state of affairs" was the first judgments of the Munich I Regional Court in June, all of which dismissed the case.

In this context, the following questions arise in particular:
