  • Simple job references

The qualified reference is subject to certain principles, such as the duty to tell the truth. In addition, it must be formulated favorably, although the employer has a certain amount of leeway in the way it is worded. Unfavorable facts may also be mentioned in the reference. Individual performance and behavior are evaluated. The overall grades are expressed in a satisfaction scale that has a total of six levels. You also have to be able to read interesting secret codes.

The employee is not entitled to a thank you, however. But it must be neat when the employee picks it up.
