It is with great sadness and sorrow that we announce the sudden and unexpected passing of our esteemed partner, colleague and friend, Lawyer Dirk Waldorf, on January 4, 2025. He has been a mainstay of our law firm for more than 25 years.

Dirk Waldorf was characterized by outstanding professional expertise, tireless commitment and a strong passion for the legal profession. He was considered an experienced point of contact, particularly in the areas of commercial and corporate law, whose advice and commitment was valued by clients and colleagues alike. His extensive experience and profound knowledge have contributed significantly to the success of our firm.

In addition, Dirk Waldorf was known for his sincere interest in the concerns of his clients and his constant willingness to listen to the concerns of his team. He used his considerable empathy and negotiating skills to bring numerous cases to a successful conclusion. He was able to solve legal challenges at a high level while also taking the human side into account.

We are deeply saddened by his unexpected loss. We will remember him as an experienced colleague, a committed team player and a warm-hearted person. Our deepest sympathy goes out to his wife and family at this difficult time.
