Successful quality management for our clients and business partners – now with 7 ISO-certified locations

More and more companies are placing great value on ISO certification in accordance with DIN-ISO 9001 for their own further development and also in relation to their contractual partners. The certification enables business partners and clients to see at a glance that companies are constantly working in a quality- and customer-oriented manner – and at the highest level.and customer-oriented work at the highest level. The law firm Dr. Caspers, Mock and Partner has also been implementing the contents of the DIN ISO 9001 certification for its office organization for decades and received certification for this for the first time in 1999. Our certification in fall 2020 brought with it an additional welcome innovation: for the first time, we are pleased to announce that all seven of our locations in Germany are now ISO-certified. The certification of Düsseldorf as a location has been in progress since 2021. This continues the successful implementation of the quality standard in our company.

ISO 9001:2015 means that we have our management regularly audited by external experts based on these internationally recognized quality standards. This ensures a high and uniform quality standard for organizational processes in client work.

The regular external review is supplemented by internal, annual measures as part of a "management review" to check whether the goals set in the past have been achieved. This forms the basis for discussing medium and long-term goals. The strategic direction is determined in this process. These strategic considerations serve to secure the future of the firm.

Another clear advantage is the professionalization of project management through certification. The quality management system is brought to life through a clear definition of goals, the setting of milestones, and project control. Project management includes the clear assignment of responsibilities and competencies as well as the regular maintenance of project plans.
